PB&J

There's nothing better than a classic PB&J. The perfect blend of salty and sweet, I have to admit this little sandwich is one of my favorite snacks. When I saw that the Barefoot Contessa had a recipe for PB&J Bars I knew I had to try them. So this weekend I whipped up this recipe from my Barefoot Contessa cookbook -- they were delicious.
Better get your hands on one before they're gone ;)
