Neutral Glow

Shirt: Aqua, Sweater: J. Crew, Leggings: DVF (old), Fur: Aritzia, Shoes: See by Chloe, Earrings: House of Harlow, Rings: David Yurman, Bracelet: Vintage, Bag: Cynthia Vincent, Sunnies: Ray Ban
This past weekend was a lovely mix of family, friends, food and fun. After eating WAY to much food on Thanksgiving and shopping all morning during the black Friday extravaganza, I enjoyed a lovely relaxing weekend at home. Sunny days with crisp air always get you in the mood for the holidays. I love the change in season. Hope you all had an AMAZING Thanksgiving.

Black Friday: Take No Prisoners

I don't know about you, but I am an avid Black Friday shopper. I visit the same shops each year, with a highly curated list of the items I am hoping will be on sale. After years and years of practice, I believe I have gotten this shopping extravaganza down to a science. My tips include go early, leave early and take no prisoners when it comes to those Louboutins on the rack at Saks. Bon chance mes amis!

Out of the Fashion Box: Equestrian Chic

Turtleneck: J. Crew, Blazer: Zara, Jeans: J. Brand, Boots: Hugo Boss, Bag: Rebecca Minkoff, Pin: Vintage: Scarf: c/o LYLIF
I always like the Ralph Lauren sleek and sophisticated look, but I can never find the right pieces that pull the look together. After much deliberation I think I figured it out, its all about the accessories, and not in the way you would think. The Ralph Lauren Equestrian look never seems as good as I hope because it doesn't have any ACCESSORIES that feel like me! So this time I found a way to take my sleek sophisticated outfit and make it me. I paired a classic look with fun accessories like a quirky scarf, vintage pin and statement bag. VoilĂ  Equestrian my way :)

P.S. This scarf has quickly become my new favorite it is super cozy and goes with everything!

Out of the Fashion Box: Go Bold

Top: Topshop, Bra: Hanky Panky, Skirt: H&M, Shoes: Pour la Victoire, Bag: Cynthia Vincent, Necklace: Anthropologie, Ring: Aqua
A few weeks ago, I swore that every Friday I would push my style boundaries with an out of the box outfit or style choice. Unfortunately, I have been crazy busy with my day job and my general uniform has consisted of jeans and sweaters. Excuses aside, I am getting back on track, this week's fashion challenge is mixing bold prints and textures. You may be thinking that I have already done this, but the difference is my look is always extremely casual, this time I mixed prints, textures and colors all while keeping my look classy enough for a nice evening out. What do you think? Too Bold?
